Booking, Cancellation and Service Terms

Introduction

These Booking, Cancellation and Service Terms apply to all catering and food truck services provided by Mr Delicious Food Truck. The terms define the scope of the service, pricing, payment conditions, cancellation policies, and responsibilities related to event arrangements.

By placing a booking, the customer accepts these terms as part of the agreement. We recommend reviewing the terms carefully before confirming a reservation.

General Information About the Service

Mr Delicious Food Truck provides catering and food truck services for private events, corporate functions, birthdays, celebrations, festivals, and other occasions throughout Finland.

The service can be provided in the following ways:

Bookings can be made for any day of the month, subject to availability.

Pricing and Service Models

Prices are determined based on the selected service model and the number of participants.

Per-Person Pricing:

For Package A and Package B services, a minimum charge of €300 + VAT applies regardless of the total sales volume at the event.

For large-scale events (on-site sales), the organizer will be charged a booking fee of €150 + VAT.

Transportation is included within a 10 km radius of Helsinki.
Additional charges:

Late service (after 9:00 PM): €100

Additional portions, side dishes, and beverages will be charged separately according to the current price list.

Booking and Payment Terms

The booking becomes binding for both parties once it has been made and confirmed.

The invoice must be paid no later than 7 days before the event, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Any changes to the menu, number of participants, or schedule must be communicated at least 3 days prior to the event.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event will be charged 50% of the total booking amount.

Event Location and Arrangements

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the event location provides unobstructed and safe access for the food truck, as well as sufficient space for the service to be carried out.

Any arrangements such as electricity, water supply, parking, and other practical requirements will be agreed upon separately at the time of booking, based on the specific event location.

The execution of the service may require a suitable access route, designated parking area, and a safe placement location for the food truck.

Weather Conditions and Force Majeure

The service will be carried out as agreed under normal weather conditions.

In exceptional circumstances or conditions that compromise safety (such as storms, extreme cold, or other unforeseen obstacles), the execution of the service, schedule, or arrangements may be adjusted and agreed upon on a case-by-case basis.

In force majeure situations, the service may be postponed or adjusted without constituting a breach of contract.

Food Safety and Service Responsibility

Mr Delicious Food Truck prepares and serves food in accordance with food safety legislation and complies with all applicable hygiene requirements.

The products served may contain common allergens such as gluten, dairy, onion, and other ingredients that are handled in the same preparation environment.

Allergies, gluten-free options, and other special dietary requirements must be communicated at the time of booking.

Food is served fresh at the event location, and the company is not responsible for the storage or handling of products after they have been served.
